In April of 2014, Floressence Flowers was honored to be a part of a collective group of floral designers called The Chapel Designers. This group is comprised of wedding and event floral design business owners from around the country. Floressence, located in Brevard, was the host studio for The 2014 Knot Dream Wedding that Holly Chapple Flowers and The Chapel Designers were in charge of creating all the floral designs for at The Biltmore Estate. The couple that was chosen to be honored were both victims in Boston at the marathon bombings in 2013.
April was an important month they wanted to start fresh and have beautiful positive memories of. America was able to vote on the venue, the color pallet, even the floral designs that were chosen for the Enchanted Garden wedding.
Here are some images of the beautiful wedding, some behind the scenes from Jill at Realities Photography and Tim Robinson from Tim Robison Creative. This was an incredible experience certainly to go down in the books for me personally. It was such a treat to host many flower friends, work until after midnight, see the sunrise at The Biltmore Estate, not see the floor of my studio for several days and to flat out work our booties off! But, what a beautiful wedding for a special couple this became. Enjoy!!!!!!
