Private mountain barn wedding, Maddy + Brody, October 2013~Cedar Mountain, NC~

Sunday, March 30, 2014

This was a beautiful Fall wedding with amazing colors aglow on a private estate's barn in Cedar Mountian, North Carolina. We loved Maddy's trust in us and for use of color and stepping out of the normal wedding look. We used Combo roses, ranunculus, asclepias, dahlias, scabiosa pods, tulips, grevillea and more for the autumnal colored flowers.
Her table arrangements were in bronze pottery boats and held a variety of textured greens and colors. The bouquets were the most fun for me as usual and included one of my favorite roses called the Combo which is truly golden in color. Cymbidium orchids called Charlie Brown brought together the colors perfectly.
We also were able to create a suspended floral arrangement to hang over the dance floor with hanging glass candles! See pictures below...it was pretty killer!  The wedding was captured by the insanely talented eye of Tim Robison Creative who added such a depth and richness in his photos of the colors, flowers, and place. Congratulations to this sweet couple!!!!!
